Leadership and Coordination
Mr. Christopher Peter is the Founder/Director of Lifecycle Care and Empowerment Initiative. He provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the organization’s humanitarian and community development programmes.
Mrs. Rebecca Dan-Zaria serves as Secretary of Lifecycle Care and Empowerment Initiative. She supports documentation, administration, coordination, and organizational governance.
Mr. Theophilus Wakawa serves as Regional Program Director, North East. He coordinates field engagement, community mobilization, programme implementation, beneficiary assessment, and stakeholder relations across the region.

How the team works
Listen and identify
The team begins with conversations in the community, identifying vulnerable persons, listening to caregivers, and understanding what support is most urgent.
Document with dignity
Each beneficiary profile is documented with care, so assistance is traceable, respectful, and connected to the actual needs on the ground.
Follow through
After support is delivered, the team keeps communication open and returns to check progress, gaps, and the next practical step.
